What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please message us via our email address - info@soficollections.com and include your order number.
When do I chose delivery pickup point?
You only can choose your preffered delivery pick-up point (such as paczkomat) after your payment has been processed. Make sure to not close a window after your purchase. You will be automatically redirected to SofiCollections after succesful payment to choose your delivery location.
When will I get my order?
After we receive your order, we will work quickly to ship it as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information (such as tracking number) Delivery times vary depending on your location. On polish teritory delivery takes usually 2/3 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the delivery provider of your choice. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
For InPost deliveries it varies from 16,99zł to 17,99zł depending on your orders weight. Orlen Paczka varies from 11,99 to 12,99zł depending on your orders weight.
